How do you make payment?

How long do I have to wait for my pet’s order?
Orders will be processed within 12 hours from the time you placed in your order and we will deliver within 2 working days. If you have a preferred delivery time, do give us a call and we will try our best to adhere to it. For order confirmation, do call/sms us too at 24/7 hotline 9871 7593.
What should I do if my order is out of stock?
If any item that you placed are ‘out of stock’, we will drop you a call or email and recommend the next best product suitable for your pet.
What if the product I want is not listed on your website?
Do drop us a call at 9871 7593, or drop us an email at
petronize@yahoo.com to let us know which product you would like to have, and we will do our best to carry that product.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an auto-response upon ordering, showing that your order has been captured! We will then send a confirmation invoice within 12 hours to you, thus confirming your order.

What if I need to cancel my order?
All cancellations are to be made 6 hours after you placed the order.

Can we exchange goods?
We will exchange due to manufacturers’ defect only. The item(s) must be return within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition (unused and unsoilded). We will require the original tax invoices as proof of purchase from
www.petronize.com.sg. We encourage you to help us check for defects before accepting our delivery.
Can I do self-collection?
Yes, of course. Please do let us know in advance (during the ordering process) if you want to do self-collection.
Do you have any delivery charges for your delivery services?
For orders above S$65, we offer free delivery Islandwide within Singapore.
For orders below S$65, we charge a nominal S$20 delivery charges.
Overseas Order
1) All FOOD items are subject to custom clearance and PETRONIZE will not be responsible, should your order being confiscated or retained d
uring custom clearance.
2) You (the customer) will beared the full total postage or courier charges as per quotation.
3) You will be contacted of the postage & courier charges and inform us accordingly the method of the transporation of your order.
Is there GST charges on top of your discounted prices?
We absorb GST.

Do you sell pets?
No, we are strictly against selling of pets.

We do sell a wide range of pet foods and needs (for dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas, rabbits, turtles and hermit crabs).

Rodent cages, dog cages, pet accessories (like collars, leashes, pet trays, toys & many more).

Cat litters and pet treats amongst many other products you will find at our website.

Satisfaction Guarantee 7-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased, and the item is in the same condition and original packaging in which you received, including parts and accessories. Let us know and you may return it within 7 days from the date of the receipt of purchase!
Simply call us at 9871 7593 to pick up the return item. When returning the item, you should include a copy of your original invoice, and a note on the packaging explaining why you decide to return our product so that we can continue to improve our service.
Damaged, Defective and Wrong Item Sent Return Policy:
If returning a Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Sent, customers must contact us by phone or email us within the same day of the receipt of purchase so that we can explain the proper handling of the merchandise for returns and exchanges. A replacement item will be shipped to you upon contacting our customer service. We guarantee all of our products against Defects and Damages, and will work within our manufacturer’s warranty policies.
